2. Are the product Authentic and come with authenticity papers?
Yes, all products are Authentic. You can take them to any designer store to check.
No, not all come with authenticity cards. Since our vendors are a network of stores and distributors some might not have the authenticity card. The authenticity card does not make the product authentic. In fact you can buy as many as you like on eBay if you so choose so. Millions are replicated in China and sold. Therefore, not having the authenticity card does not make the product more or less authentic.
3. It has been over a week where is my order?
Most likely if you have not heard from us, then your order is going to be shipped. If there is a delay that means the product was special ordered and will be on its way to you soon.
4. Can you ship my order today?

5. Why do you charge 20% restocking fee for returns and exchanges?
Since we do not stock the product we sell we have to return them to the vendor. The vendor charges us the cost to restock the product.CLICK HERE for Shipping & Return Page.
6. What is your policy on cancelled orders?
If you decide to cancel your order you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee per item.
Shipping costs will be refunded in FULL.
Once you place your order online, the order is sent to the vendor for shipment. We are NOT able to stop the order once it's sent to the vendor.
7. Can I buy several pairs to try on (like Zappos)?
We highly recommend NOT to place the order unless you are 100% certain this is what you want. Returned items are subject to 20% Restocking fee. Canceled orders are subject to 20% Cancellation fee.
Please DO NOT order unless you are sure this is the pair that fits you.
8. How long does it take to process the order?
Once your order is received it will take about a week or so for us to find a vendor who will have your glasses or can order them. When we find the vendor your order is assigned. Once the order is assigned we are now waiting for the vendor to ship the glasses. If the glasses were special ordered or ordered from manufacturer it might take 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email when the order ships with the tracking number.
9. Why did I pay EXPRESS if you don’t ship same day?
After the order is processed we can ship via any method you like. If you want to expedite your order you pay for that delivery service. Ground shipping can take 5-7 days, you pay to cut that into 1-2 days. The order processing is not expedited, only the shipping service is.

12. Why did you contact me to verify my order?
For your and our security and protection, if fraud team finds something suspicious regarding your order, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information.
13. Can I order my Glasses with a prescription?
Yes, we have a state of the art lab that can fill any prescription. If you need prescription added to sunglasses that is possible as well. Just click add prescription button on the product page. If you are not sure how to add prescription or not sure about what you need simply visit our Contact Us page and our sales staff will help you.
14. Why cant I cancel my order if it was special ordered but has not shipped?
When we special order your glasses it's the same thing as us shipping them. You can not stop an order once it's special ordered. You have to wait until the order is received and then you can return it less restocking and shipping fees.
16. What is the processing time on prescription orders?
All prescription orders are subject to 1-3 week processing. The lab has to fill the prescriptions. If there are issues with you prescription, we'll contact you. Same applies for orders with lens replacements even without the RX.
17. What happens if we can't fill the Prescription for your frame?
The price of the prescription varies depending on the frame. It’s impossible for us to know exactly what each cost is for ALL the products on the site. If for some reason there are complications filling the RX we will contact you and let you know. There might be a price change and can cost more to complete the prescription. If are you not satisfied with the price, we will cancel the RX and will only ship the frame. If you received a discount, the discount will still apply on the frame.
18. Why did I pay more then the Retail Price on the box?
This often does happen and is most common when the product is discontinued. We do not control the prices, the vendor who has the glasses you want does. The price can be more than originally sold at retail. It is up to you whether or not you want to buy the frame at that price. Customers choose to pay more when they cannot find this frame anywhere else. If you get your order and you see that the Retail price is less than what you paid for it, then that is what the glasses were selling for when you bought them. At times the harder it is to get the glasses the more you will pay for them. You paid for a product that is almost impossible to get and no one has.
