While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please expect 1-3 business days for order processing. Shipping occurs once payment is approved, the address is verified, and the item is prepared. If an item is not in stock, you'll be notified by email or phone.

If anything is on back-order, and we have other ordered items in stock, we can send out what we have immediately. We'll contact you when the back-ordered items arrive and ship them to you at no extra charge.

All deliveries must be made to a verifiable and physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We understand some addresses utilize community mailboxes. Such orders will be verified via phone.

We ship all order with signature confirmation and tracking, no exceptions.

We are not responsible for orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you feel you need to have insurance, please contact us at sales@TrendToGo.com

If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

We can ship to an alternative shipping address. Phone number MUST be provided at checkout because all orders will be verified.

We urge all customers to inspect their packages for damages and tampering before receiving and signing for receipt.

All orders can be tracked online using either USPS.com or UPS.com.  The tracking number will be provided via email after the order is shipped.  You can also login online to check the status of your order and track it.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be completely satisfied with the jewelry that you receive from us, as we only sell high quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item(s) in its original condition which have not been WORN, SCRATCHED or WASHED. Please understand DEFECTS do happen, please read our return/exchange policy. Items sell out FAST. We receive new shipments EVERYDAY, sometimes twice a day. We appreciate your patience and will try to get the item you dream about delivered to you. If the item is out of stock, we'll notify you right away.

All merchandise has to be in its original packaging.  Please indicate a reason for your exchange on the invoice that was included with the shipment of jewelry.  Items returned without original packaging will be returned to customer.

You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 30 days of receipt of purchase. You will receive a full refund less shipping. Please include your name, order number and a short note stating the reason for return/exchange.  Your feedback is very important to us!
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

NO returns/exchanges on engraved jewelry.

Wholesale orders can ONLY BE EXCHANGED. All wholesale orders will be subject to a 20% Restocking fee!!! Please purchase a few samples before making LARGE orders (ex: sterling silver rings, silver necklaces, CZ jewelry, designer jewelry, etc)

NO Refunds/Exchange on SALES/Clearance section items.

Exchange orders will be charged a shipping fee of $8

If you paid a sales price for shipping (ex: 50% off EXPRESS, Free shipping or $3.95) and returned the order, you will be refunded the purchase price LESS our shipping cost (ex: If you paid $15 for EXPRESS and our cost was $25, the refund will reflect $25)

Special Note: If your return or exchange drops your final purchase amount below the minimum amount to qualify for a free gift, gift certificates or any other offers of value, a full credit cannot be issued. Your final purchase must still meet our "Free Gift" guidelines and failure to do so will result in your final credit accompanying a deduction of the gift's total value.
