All deliveries must be made to a verifiable and physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We understand some addresses utilize community mailboxes. Such orders will be verified via phone.

We ship ALL orders with signature confirmation and tracking - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Orders are sent to the address you have provided for us. We are not responsible for orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you feel you need to have insurance, please contact us at sales@TrendToGo.com

If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

USPS leaves a notice when no one is available to accept the delivery. You will have to call USPS to request a redelivery or go to your local USPS location to pickup the package. We are not responsible for contacting USPS to make re-deliveries.

We do not ship the order directly. Our vendor ships your order and therefore you might not see our address on the RETURN LABEL!
